Upon graduating high school, many students are looking to pursue higher education from institutions that offer the best scholarships, grants, and a variety of resources that will further increase their chances of obtaining their degree.

The problem though is that many institutions are failing to provide potential grads the resources and tuition affordability which positions high school graduates to find an alternative to completing their higher education. Even worse, many universities are going out of business which adds further weight on students looking to obtain their desired degree from a prominent school. This is why all high school graduates should find alternative institutions in case their preferred school fails and goes out of business.

Thus, navigating which backup institution to choose from can be challenging. To make things more clear, students should look for colleges that have additional support from organizations such as the CPE Kentucky Student Success Collaborative that helps them increase student pathways, customize student advising, increase student resources, and strengthen policy. Attending institutions that are receiving this kind of support will not only increase their chances of getting through college but will significantly mitigate their chances of graduating from an institution that will not go out of business.
